APX MODS Return, Refund & Shipping Policy

At APX MODS, we take pride in providing quality parts and accessories for your build. Every order is carefully processed and checked before being shipped. Please read the following policy before placing an order.

Shipping

Orders from APX MODS typically take time to process and ship. Please allow up to 2–3 weeks maximum for your order to be delivered (weekdays only). Shipping times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, carrier delays, and other circumstances outside of our control. We will send out and email and give you a discount if the time is exceeded

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive tracking information when available. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the stated shipping timeframe.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for completed orders unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact APX MODS within 5 buisness days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos showing the damage or defect so our team can review your claim.

If your claim is approved, we will provide a replacement for the affected item. We do not issue refunds for approved damage or defect claims.

Claims submitted after the 5-day period may not be accepted. We also reserve the right to deny a claim if there is not enough information or photographic evidence to verify the issue.

Non-Eligible Claims

Refunds or replacements will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind or unwanted purchases
  • Incorrect items ordered by the customer
  • Compatibility issues when compatibility information is provided in the product listing
  • Improper installation, misuse, or modifications
  • Damage caused after delivery
  • Normal wear and tear

Customers are responsible for reviewing all product information, specifications, and compatibility details before completing their purchase.
